Musiala resigned to sitting on the bench

So far this season, Musiala has found himself in a somewhat challenging position at Bayern Munich. More often than not, he has been confined to the bench. In the Bundesliga, Musiala has only made four appearances, two of which were as a starter, and during this time, he managed to provide one assist. Fortunately, Musiala has had a chance to showcase his skills in the Champions League and domestic cup competitions. However, in contrast to his current situation, the previous season saw Musiala as a pivotal figure for Bayern, with 33 Bundesliga appearances, 26 starts, 12 goals, and 10 assists to his name.

According to reports from European media outlets, Musiala appears to be discontent with his present status at Bayern and is contemplating a possible transfer. Premier League powerhouse Liverpool has expressed a strong interest in acquiring Musiala, and should he decide to move, Liverpool is poised to pursue him. Naturally, given Musiala's talent, potential, and outstanding performance in the previous season, several other teams, including various Premier League clubs and La Liga titans Real Madrid, have also expressed interest in securing his services.

Previously, Bayern had initiated discussions regarding a contract extension with Musiala. However, these negotiations came to a standstill following changes in the club's management personnel. Bayern, nonetheless, has consistently stated, "Musiala remains an integral part of our team." Simultaneously, Bayern star Mateusz has praised Musiala in an interview with German media, emphasizing that "Musiala is irreplaceable and can even start alongside Thomas Muller."

In the first seven rounds of this Bundesliga season, Bayern has secured five wins and two draws, remaining unbeaten but trailing two points behind league leaders Leverkusen. In the Champions League, Bayern has secured two consecutive victories in the initial two group stage matches, with Musiala contributing one goal and one assist to the team's success.
